How to update your credit card or payment information

If your credit card has expired, been replaced, or is no longer valid, you can update your payment information using a secure form provided by our team.

How to update your payment information:

Contact the support team and request a credit card update form. We will send you a secure link to enter your new card details. Once submitted, your new card will be used for all future membership charges.

If your access has been paused:

Access is restored automatically once your updated payment information is received and processed. If your access is not restored within 24 hours of submitting the form, contact the support team.

Important notes:

  • Always use a secure connection when updating payment information
  • Your card details are processed securely and are not stored by the LDC team directly
  • Update your payment information at least 3 days before your renewal date to avoid any interruption in access
