How to reactivate a cancelled RHW membership
If your RHW membership was cancelled — either by you or automatically by the system due to a payment issue — you can reactivate at any time and regain full access to Circle, Kajabi, and all group coaching calls.
Why access disappears after cancellation:
When a membership is cancelled, access to both Circle and Kajabi is removed automatically by the system. This is why your Kajabi portal may appear empty or your Circle spaces may no longer be visible after a period of inactivity or a missed payment.
How to reactivate:
Visit the RHW reactivation page to restart your membership. Once your payment is processed, your access to Circle and Kajabi will be restored and you can jump straight back into the next group coaching call.
Contact the support team for the direct reactivation link if you do not have it.
After reactivating:
- Your Circle community access will be restored
- Your Kajabi portal will reappear with all modules and workbooks
- You can RSVP for group coaching calls immediately
- Any previous progress in the modules is retained
If you have already rejoined but your Kajabi portal is still empty:
Log out completely and log back in using the email address you used when you re-signed up. If the portal is still not showing, contact the support team with your account email address and we will restore your access manually.
Important notes:
- Reactivation requires a new payment — the system treats it as a fresh membership start
- If your card details have changed since you were last a member, have your new payment information ready
- If your access is not restored within a few hours of reactivating, contact the support team
