How to join a group coaching call from your phone (iPhone and Android)

Joining a group coaching call from the Circle app on iPhone or Android works differently than on a desktop browser. Follow these steps to locate your Zoom link.

iPhone Steps:

1. Open the Circle app on your iPhone
2. Navigate to the Events section and find the group coaching call you want to attend
3. Tap "Going" — if you've already tapped it once, tap it a second time to trigger the calendar prompt
4. The app will prompt you to add the event to your Apple Calendar (iCal) — confirm to add it
5. Open the Apple Calendar app and find the event
6. Look for the Zoom link in the Notes or URL field of the calendar event
7. Tap the link to go to the Zoom registration page
8. Complete the Zoom registration — Zoom will email you the final join link

If you don't see a Zoom link in your calendar event:

Contact the support team and we can send the Zoom registration link directly to you.

Alternative method:

Log into Circle using Safari or Chrome on your iPhone instead of the app. Navigate to Events, find the call, and click "Going." The Zoom registration link will appear on screen.

On Android (Circle app):

1. Open the Circle app and navigate to the Events section
2. Find the group coaching call you want to attend and tap "Going"
3. The app will prompt you to add the event to your Google Calendar — confirm to add it
4. Open your Google Calendar app and find the event
5. Tap the Zoom link in the event details to go to the Zoom registration page
6. Complete the Zoom registration — Zoom will email you the final join link

If the calendar prompt doesn't appear:

Open the event in the Circle app, tap "Going," then tap the event details to look for a direct Zoom link or calendar export option. Alternatively, open Circle in your Android browser (Chrome) instead of the app, navigate to Events, and click "Going" — the Zoom link will appear on screen.
