How to find and join group coaching calls

Group coaching calls are included in all RHW memberships and are available multiple times per week. All calls are hosted on Zoom and accessed through Circle.

How to find the call schedule:

  1. Log into Circle at lauradoyle.org > Login > Circle
  2. Navigate to the Events section in the left sidebar
  3. All upcoming group coaching calls are listed with dates and times in Pacific Time

How to RSVP and get the Zoom link (desktop/browser):

  1. Click on the call you want to attend
  2. Click "Going" to RSVP
  3. You will receive an email with a Zoom registration link
  4. Click the link to register in Zoom
  5. Zoom will send a final confirmation email with the meeting ID and join link

On iPhone or Android (Circle app):

Step 1: Check directly inside the event first
Open the Circle app, go to Events, and open the call you want to attend. Scroll through the event details — the Zoom link is often visible directly on the event page itself.

Step 2: If the link isn't visible in the app, try a browser instead
Open Safari or Chrome and log into Circle at laura-doyle-connect.circle.so instead of the app. Navigate to Events, find the call, and click "Going." The Zoom link should appear on screen.

Step 3: Try the calendar method

On iPhone:

  1. Tap "Going" on the event in the app — tap twice if needed
  2. Confirm to add the event to your Apple Calendar
  3. Open the calendar event and locate the Zoom link in the Notes or URL field
  4. Tap the link to register in Zoom — you'll receive the final join link by email

On Android:

  1. Tap "Going" on the event in the app
  2. Confirm to add the event to your Google Calendar
  3. Open Google Calendar and find the event
  4. Tap the Zoom link in the event details to register in Zoom — you'll receive the final join link by email

If the calendar prompt doesn't appear on Android, open the event details in the Circle app and look for a direct Zoom link, or open Circle in Chrome instead of the app.

Important notes:

  • Use the same email address for everything LDC-related: scheduling, Circle, Kajabi, and support
  • Each call has a unique Zoom link — always register through the current event listing
  • Calls are in Pacific Time. Check your local timezone before RSVPing
  • If you still can't locate the Zoom link, reply back and we can send it to you directly
